Flat booking cancelled without warning and not ready to revive

I booked a flat with paras builtech at paras seasons in sector168. due to some problem few instalments were delayed and buiolder has cancelled without giving warning of cancellation. now they are not reviving unit even when i have submitted all the cheques of due payment.
