Water flowing from the wall

Sir

I want to register a unique complaint. Usually due to seepage water drops from the roof but in our case water is flowing from one of the side walls in our drawing room.

Complaints were made and i was told that nothing can be done to repair now. During monsoon, cement work is being carried out on the roof which is quite unfortunate.

Could anybody help me out before we come across short circuit and power failure as water has peeped into the electricity board. My house no is 53, Income Tax Colony, Uttari Pitampura, Delhi
