Asking Extra Money for flat

I have booked a flat in Goel Ganga Development's project at kharadi. But before possession builder is asking me extra money than agreement amount as the rates are raised over there. Aslo he is telling me that we can cancel your flat if you are not paying the extra amount.

I am ready to pay him whatever mentioned amount in the agreement but he not accepting that also.

He is doing the mental harassment by asking the extra amount. So please do not prefer like these builders.
