Green Avenue Homes and Gardens has started villa project called Dakshin City in vandalur, we booked a villa here in Jul and had an agreement put up to complete the villa in 12 months of time. It is now close to 24 months now and the builder seem to concentrate on new projects putting this one on hold. We called the MD and spoke to him regarding the 12 months delay that has already happened and asked him will he ready to pay compensation. The MD immediately started raising his voice and started abusing us and tried to threaten us that he will create mishaps during handover and he will he maintaining the villa for 5 yrs and we will be facing problems if we ask for compensation. This is absurd he got the 98% of the payment and now he is behaving arrogantly. He also says he has projects for next 10 yrs and not worried about his reputation even if we go and complaint anywhere. Artha group were doing marketing for this project and they keep mum knowing these issues and still they campaign for this builder.
