Non alloted of Plot nor refund booking Amt

Sir,

I Sunita sharma W/o Pramod Kumar Sharma has booked a 200 sq yds plot in Bhiwadi. But after passing of 4yrs nor alloted any plot neither the refunded the booking money Rs 200000/- was paid through Cheque No 599821 dated 14-10 by Vijaya Bank Delhi cantt.

You are requested to please help me for refunding my money.
