The proprietor of Hari Om Builders and developers Mr. Ramesh Bose residing at sector 14, Diwale village, CBD Belapur West, Navi Mumbai – 4000604, is refusing us to give the OC of residence building even after 1 year of the completion of the building.

I am still unable to get the water supply and electricity supply since last one year as the agreement has been registered on 15th Jan 09 and I had paid all the remaining amount to him on 5th Feb 09

Please help me go get above things done from this cheater builder
