They have taken big money for the shops they have constructed in their mall in Alpha-1 and meintenance wise, it is pathetic and builder is also not taking the completion certification from the authority and due to this shop owners are not able to register their property with the govt and govt is therefore not able to get the proper registration charges which is in crores. Shop owners are not able to get their property on rent due to this and therefore not having any income on their investment which is close to dead for now.
