Mr. M.S. Babu Rao, ph 9392681035 S/o.M.S. Sailu was approached me and said my brother flat is there at House No: 111, SAI Durga Apartments, Alwal for sale. Since he is employee of MCEME pay section, Tirumalgiri and his brother also employee of Ordance Factory, Sr. Auditor in Accounts (M. Srinivasa Murthy ph-8121824577 (Docomo). S/o.M.V. Bramhamam) I have paid Rs.1, 30, 000/- as an advance against bond document as they requested they need to pay Loan of City Corporation Bank, Sec'bad to get original document.
The flat was having totaly wrong document and the sft mentioned therein also wrong, thereof, i was asked them to submit original documents. They failed to submit and hence they have to return my advance of Rs. 1, 30, 000/- with intrest from Aug.
Still they are not paid and cheting me. Please take appropriate action and do the needful.
