Hello!
After an acknowledgement reply my plan should have bean changed to 199 and accordingly i was hoping to get much lower bill. I am just unable to understand why am i being troubled? i wont pay any bill until i get a mail confirmation about plan change and rectification in previous bills according to 199 plan.
If vodafone has excess customer base which they are unable to manage kind close down my both numbers i will look out for other prompt and genuine service provider.

Hello!
My name is Sumeet S Jadhav with mobile no 9158000775 paying 1000 bill monthly. I have subscribed for an additional card with mobile no 95454576775 for the purpose that calling will be free in these two nos. I have already told Sales person same thing. But when I got bill of 95454576775 I have been charged for calling to 9158000775. When I called customer care, I got to know plans of both no. should be same. I don’t understand why this wasn’t told to me earlier by sales person when I told him my purpose of buying connection.
I am ready to pay bill according to the 199 plan. I wont pay any excess bills. Kindly change my 95454576775 number’s plan and group to same as 9158000775’s group. So that both the nos are in same group and plan and calling between these nos is free.
For the first bill I will pay 200 Rs bill today. Kindly take appropriate steps to wave off my additional bill which is being charged for calling 9158000775 as I wont pay it at all in any case.
