Non-payment of EPF

I Pankaj Kumar having EPF account no. AP/37655/268 had submitted my application for EPF withdrawal to my Employer somewhere in the month of Jan/Fab 2010 but today when i cheked the status with EPF department i came to know that my claim has not been submitted to EPF department.
