Illegal construction on 03rd floo

Dear Sir,

I am the owner of 2nd floor at 14/1A Tilak Nagar. New owner of the 03rd floor is making an illegal structure on 03rd floor. Since the building already has a basement no construction can be made on 03rd floor as this construction is also illegal.

Kindly take urgent action against them to stop the construction as the same is going on 03rd floor.
