Dear Concern,
This is my third reminder in regards to the illegal construction which is still going on our 03rd floor. I am the owner of 02nd floor at 14/1 A, 02nd floor Tilak Nagar and wish to inform you that there is a serious unauthorized construction going on 03rd floor which has made our life miserable.
We have already requested him to stop unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and has not stopped the illegal construction as the building structure is very weak.
This construction is creating lot of miseries for us and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
