Not refund of cancellation charges

Dear Sir,

I had make arailway ticket from IRCTC.Co. In under PNR No. 2115676349 Trvelling Journey 24/1 from which i had cncelled a ticket on 18/1 for a person whom refunded amount i had got on the same day but the for other person tickets cancelled on 22/1 i had not get my refunded amount till date 30/1 . its kind request to you to make necessary arragements to refund my amount as soon as possible
