Non refund of money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was booked ticket to Godavari express for the date of journey on 23-9 with PNR number 6101481769 from visakhapatnam to secunderabad on tatkal Quota. Unfortunately on that date (23-9) due to railroko at Telangana region, godavari express declared to moved upto vijayawada. According to the announcent at Visakhapatnam station, i was not traveled in the godavari express and i filed TDR on 24-09 with Reference No: ekt2011092403320700 for that train cancellation.

Currently in TDR status, it is showing as CCM Regreted and money was not credited to my account. Please take necessary action and process the same.
