Kalyan's constructions Rajarajeswari Residency
I had bought a new flat in October and paid full amount, part financed by bank. Despite repeated reminders the builder has not completed pending works like plumbing, electricity, masonary work, etc; drains are getting blocked and sewage water seeping through walls. The builder has not even given us the copy of the building regularization certificate and demands money for it. They have been drawing electricity from common points to work on the unsold flats for which the tenents are paying every month for common electricity.
There are several like me in the building of 42 flats who have the same grievance. I request the forum initiate a legal action or suggestion as to how to proceed in this case. The address of the builder is as follows:
