Complaint: My name is Nilesh Parkhe, Kindly help me I booked a flat in Oct and Paid booking amt of Rs 51000/-. Dec i paid Rs 86000/- and completed the registration and stampduty. i approached 2 banks for my housing loan and both banks were agreed to give me loan of 15 lakhs, however they required the agreement which my builder was not giving to me due to some reason. he gave false commitment for almost 2 years to make the agreement. The Valditity of my sanction letters were over. Now in Aug he made the agreement and took all the amt except the bank amount of 15 lakhs. Now i approached bank they took 3-4 month for all he procedure, even builder was delaying to give the documents required to banks. Atlast i got sanction lettr from bank after 4 months of agreement, now builder is saying that the agreement is cancelled, we will not be able to give you flat..We tried to convince him atlast he agreed to give the documets. he told me to make more white payment of Rs 121900 (15% of banks amt). We paid the same on 14- March against the assurance of giving the builder NOC and demand letter by the builder. At the time of giving the receipt, rather than providing us the documents he handed over a letter wherein it was written that if we dont provide the total amt cheque in 5 days your agreement will be cancelled and you will not be liable to have the rights on the flat. We refused to sign the letter. He is not ready to give the builder NOC and Demand Letter which is required to bank for disbursement... the validity of sanction letter is about to get over... Kindly advice me how i can save my flat. Booking Amt - 51000/- Black Amt - 400000/- (In this he managed to take around 1 lakh extra from us) White Amt - 121900/- Registration and stampduty - 86000/- Per square feet - 3600/- Area - 535 (built up), 375 (carpet) Actual Cost - 1940000/- Agreement Cost - 1640000
