Sir,
I purchased a flat at chandanvan Mathura. The registry and full payment completed on July. The contractor “Sri ji Sakuntla Construction Co”. promised me before the final payment to repair the all defects and finish all the pending work immediate, after passing more than seven months he has not worked any single item and ignoring me again & again due to “incompletion of flat” most of the portion is unused. We’ve not got settled with our luggage till now and feel very uncomfortable. I & my family very upset for that.
The quality of work is very poor, there is not proper supervision & there is not any single engineer.
Some main balance works as follows.
1- Finishing and painting work on wall & ceiling.
2- Fittings, repairing & painting of doors, windows.
3- Framing of all ventilators with jail.
4- Many electric points and fittings.
5- Replacement of damaged & defective tiles.
6- Bathroom’s fittings not proper working.
7- No space for ceiling fan.
8- Repairing of fall ceiling, and many other items etc.
There is not any arrangement electric earth system for building; it may be dangerous for house hold electric appliances. We are suffering for that. Some pictures are given…
