I purchased a Flat in Lotus Villa, Jagatpura around two years back and recently the builder asked me to get the registry done and I did so. Before the registry the Director of the township promised so many things. Since the shifting to the flat I have been facing a lots of problems which are as follows:
1) The LIfts
The lifts are not working in our building (Lotus Sky). It works hardly for one day properly in a week and we are residing on 4th floor so Daily we have been suffering (Me, my wife & my little baby). We have paid him for not getting being suffered. He always promise that lifts will work properly but due to the lack of the proper electric power the lifts get failed and daily we are using stairs in place of the lifts.
2) The Water Supply
There is no proper water supply in the building. The normal water is not drinkable in this area due to the high TDS and hard water and we are using RO to purify that but if there will be no water in the supply tank overhead the building so how could we make the food and how could we drink water as we can’t use the normal water in cooking or drinking. Most of the time we got late for our office because of no water.
3) The Power Connection
There is no proper power connection in our flat. He has provided us the temporary connection which is not having stability and proper voltage. Due to lot of fluctuation and insufficient voltage the appliances we are using can get damaged and we are not able to use the appliances which are of high voltage and need stable power supply. I work for my clients from home which is effecting due to the power failure as sometimes the builder disconnect our connection for the construction work in his township.
4) Lack Of Security
There is no any security guard for the security of the building so any day there can be miss happening as no records of the outsiders are being noted and no one is there to stop the entry of the outsiders in the premises. Same issue is regarding our vehicle’s security, who will be responsible if we loose our vehicle or any sort of theft in the building and Flats.
5) Improper Lights in the common Areas
Most of the time lights of the common areas and surroundings of the building are switched off and there is all dark everywhere. So it becomes hard to enter or exit the building.
6) Gas Supply
There is no gas supply through the pipeline and he has charged me for that at the very beginning of the flat booking. The amount I paid is not of my use till today and I have been using the normal domestic cylinder instead of the facility I paid for.
7) I mailed the builder regarding the poor floor quality as he had used broken piece of marble in bedrooms. After my mail he changes in the one and now denying to change in the other.
8) There is not proper earthing in the flat and sometimes we get electric shocks due to this.
I informed the Director of the township but he says that do whatever you can, so please suggest me what to do now??
