The House at Eldeco Green, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow was rented to the company M/S Mars Buildhome Developers Limited who is having offices at Ajmer/Jaipur (CIN N0. U45201RJ2006PLCO23091) for residential purpose vide agreement dated 01.12.2009 and they occupied the house during the period 16.12.09 to 15.12.10.They did not pay the Rent, Electricity Bill, Water Charges etc in spite of repeated requests and assurances from them. They made many promises but each time they have ditched and stopped receiving regd. letters/notices, phone calls, Even they are not responding to E-mails sent to company/Director/Managing Director. The Dues as on 15.11.2011 is Rs.407795.00.After so much of harrassment, I went to Ajmer a year back and had joint meeting with Mr Ashish Rajoria MD, Mr Sandeep Shore Director, Mr Nagendra Singh Shekhawat and requested for immdt payment. They promised to pay within three months but failed to do so and stopped receiving phone calls and keeping silence with illmotive. Such action on the part of a regd. company is totally illegal and malafied and nothing but cheating and fraud to the public.
