These builders currently carrying out business in the name of Maxvalue construction (quite soon they will dump this company name and start in some other name and hence thier names are also given), have been notorious. They made one project in Pallikaranai and in 2006 started another in Perungudi, project name TWINCOURTZ, 80 flats scheme. The project was to be completed in 2008 Jan as per agreement. But they did not complete and hand over till Nov. People who lostthier patience and occupied teh buildings and started living inside. Following is the list of complaints:
1. No land documents handed over to the inmates - they have not paid the land owners and hence there is a problem
2. During the recent rains the leakage was so much that 4 residents in A block vacated their home with tears in thier eyes. Their flats were completely flooded.
3. They do not have documents for any thing. Lift license, STP piping plan, or even a decent Plumbing plan; the list is long...
4. with many of the residents they claim to have done extra work and extracted money from them by threatening not to hand over.!!
5. worst is that they have collected Rs 20 lakhs as corpus money and have resorted to not handing over that to the legally formed association.
6. The swimming pool, or lawn all forming a part of the construction agreement are not functional.
In fact it is surprisng how this builder is building more projects like 10 Downing in perungudi and another huge project in Sriperumpudur.!! Any answers?
