Allotted a Plot in Maxworth Nagar, Valachery, Chennai -Construction was to be completed by 2000. Paid the instalment regularly, but came to know misappropriation of my instalment for other works & leaving construction at our plot half way through..suddenly company vanished, management changed, investment around 10 lakhs blocked for over 10 years with out any return or benifit (I have evn paid interest on the loan taken for the house)
Recently came to know that Income Tax department has kept our plot under mortgage or what ever for the Tax dues of maxworth Homes Limited. Now, I donot know whom to contact, how to contact and what is the way out to get the possession of our plot in which my hard earned money is blocked
