We "residents of Gaur Homes" have written below email to customer care of Gaur Sons India Private Limited ([email protected]) but did not recieve any reply and clarification on the issues from them.

We, the undersigned residents of GAUR HOMES want to draw your kind attention to our issues which we have observed past 2 months about the campus facililities. So we would like to request to make a surprise visit to the campus, so that we could have discussions regarding those issues.

Issues of Gaur Homes’s Resident:

Inspite of paying handsome monthly maintenance charges in the month of april and May, 09 we could not have intercom facility in proper shape, after installing just two days, its is not working and nobody attends the any type of logged problem before two weeks.

All the residents are expected to pay annual fee for using common room, gym and swimming pool that was not promised while booking flats in Gaur Homes. And if is considered paid service then the amount should be reasonable for the residents.

The corridor grills are not safe for the children point of view. It should be noted that all the residents have paid extra for their balcony grills.

The gaps are observed in upstairs, electric meter panels and cable panel places in corridor, again unsafe for children.

Both lifts (D block) are observed not in operation all the time so the residents have problems while going for office timings and emergency.

And also lift services are down frequently so the residents have faced stuck in lift most of the time and there is no security arrangement in such situations.

There must be Nagar Nigam water pipeline in each floor parallel with fire gauze line so that each resident can have that water for drinking purpose. This is must also for the point of view when the ground water level is down after some years to avoid the further problems for residents.

In case of resident’s need for maid or car washing worker, the security team has such workers list but their monthly charges are very high e.g. house maid charges (1000/=) and car washing (400/=) that is not in parallel with other societies in Indirapuram at present. Please ensure what is security personnel’s interest in this regard. Only the verification of such workers is required to the Gaur Homes Management.

Thefts incidents have occurred in April, 09 so the security standard must be checked for future.

We have not given basement parking till yet.

The problem attender for the flat must have ID card so that our family members could convince about the genuity of that problem attender.

All non occupied flats should be locked for security point of view.
