Illegal Construction

I am 69 years old sick person retired gazzetted officer from Ministry of defence.

I am residing at 44-B LIG Flats (Ist Floor) Prasad Nagar, New delhi -5.

The owner of second floor Mr. Pritam Singh has already constructed and an extra floor (Third floor) despite my objection. Now he is extending his construction which will hamper flow of ventilation to my residence.

I have already logded complaint at Police station, Prasad Nagar on 27.06. 29.06.

03.07. 06.07. 19.07.2010 & 20.07.2010 & at MCD Office, MCD, Karol Bagh Zone, Anand Parbat, New Delhi on 28.06.2010 but the unauthorised construction by Mr. Pritam Singh is continuing at rapid pace.

I request you to intervene in the matter & issue suitable instruction to stop unauthorised consturction immediately.
