I wish to inform you that I am resident of DDA Janta flat No C-8/29, 1st floor, Sector 15, Rohini, Delhi 110089 since almost two years. The terrace of the said premises was purchased by a broker and started construction of 2nd & 3rd floors of the building and still the activity going on. There are lot of damages taken place in my property due to this activity. Actually DDA has constructed this building only for double story flat (ground & 1st floor). The additional floors are being constructed without any support or pillar, which could have lead to a major accident or collapse of the building and life threat to us. This is totally illegal and unauthorised construction without any permission from any concerned authority.
Moreover, the DDA built up water tank of ground floor constructed on the terrace has been demolished. Also the pillars of my (1st floor) water tank has been broken without my consent to get their work done and the tank has been kept in a very dangerous position, which may fell down any time. The leakage of water has also seen on the roof at different places and the flow of water has also affected considerably. Inspite of my request, nothing has been done so far.
In view of the facts mentioned above, it is requested that directions may kindly be given to stop the illegal construction activity of 2nd & 3rd floors of the said premises immediately and take necessary action against the owner.
