Charging fees which was not discussed in soc general meeting

Dear Team,

Just want to have clarification on few points mentioned below:

1. The society managing commite is charges Rs500.daily for access for soc tarrece,

2. The said was discussed in meeting but amount was not fixed in general meeting,

3. The secreatry, the chairman is uneducated person (not even passed 10th Std)

Please clarify
