We had an agreement with builder giving 2 lakhs before registration in 2008 .flat is registered with our name.and wen we searched for home loan with nationalised banks we came to know that the construction is illegal... so we tried to cancel the deal but builder is not ready to give our money back..so we send him 2 notice but still he is not responding properly... so plz help us... he is not a good man
