M/s Shree Balaji Construction
Transfering plot on purchaser name

I have purchased a plot in the district of Belgaum of Karnataka, bearing Gram Panchayet No. 846, Sy No. 99/1A situated in Balekundri BK from M/s Shree Balaji Constructions headed by Mr. Chougule and Mr. Radheshyam. The registration process was done in the month of Aug. But till date (30 Apr), the plot is not transferred in my name (i.e the UTARA process not completed). The Panchayet says that the layout is not in order whereas the layout is approved by Panchayet. The Panchayet also says that the open place between State Highway and the layout is not as per the norms. I am not aware exactly what is the issue between the Panchayet and M/s Shree Balaji Constructions. I need some help to protect my hard earned money.
