I had booked a 2 BHK flats at NH-24, Triveni Height Project, Ghaziabad of Triveni Infrastructure. I deposited in total 4.5 lacs rupees. Advance registration amount was deposited in September and first installment was deposited in July. Construction at the site did not start and the project was closed by the company in Dec. I applied for refund and surrendered my flat to Triveni Infra. After a lot of follow up I received a PDC of Feb / April / June / August. No Interest was calculated for the above period (August to 2010). Thereafter I lodged a complaint with Economic Offense Wing, Crime Branch, New Delhi on 16th September about the same in September. Company then took our cheques back and issued us fresh cheques starting from March to August. Till date my first 3 cheques have been dishonored since the company has closed its account with ABN AMRO bank (all cheques were of ABN AMRO bank, Gurgaon). I have paid so many visits in Triveni & wasted so much of time & money in following up for this refund. I am suffering a lot due to this. This is a mental & financial harassment for me. Please help me in getting my money back with interest @ 10% from 2006.
Regards
Kiran Mishra
