Hitachi,

I hv launched complain no 097100402359 around 15 days back, it was attended after 5 days but even after reminder to yr rep. (when on job of repair) they forgot to fit two clamp & now same problem is persisting again i.e. not getting cool air after a week.

I have purchsed this ac a manth ago, can u please explain why it happens, & why yr. rep are not responsible?

I am frustrated wt yr services, can u please arranage to take back your ac & refund my money or I will left wt no option to proceed for legal action after 2 days.
