I would like to bring your kind notice that Mr. Jain owner of flat no. 49-C, Pocket C, Phase III, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-110052 has carried out unauthorised constrction on tarrace (3rd floor) and projected the 2nd floor, which stops the air, light of neibourers and dangerous for basic structure of the building and life to peoples.
Inspite of several letters to DDA and MCD no action has been taken till date.
It is requested to order Mr. Jain the owner of flat No. 49-C, Pocket C, Phase III, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-110052 to demolish the unauthorised construction at earlist possible.
