Increase rate after booking

Sir,

1 and half years ago we book flat booking amount paid rs.1 lakh . and this year they started doing work now they increase rs.1000/- per squre from booking rate amount. its not tolreable to our budget. instead of withdrawal we dont have another way. they cheat like this way. we need help
