Beware of Omega Promoters projects in Pune. I have heard many things about this builder such as projects are not completed on time due to lack of funds. False promices made to the consumers. Plan lay out changed on the fly during constructions without getting buyer involved. I have myself burnt my hands.
Latest I heard was that in his Omega Residency project, Builder never transferred the society to the rightful owners for more than 5 years and after many families have settled in this complex, the builder is trying to build two floors above the 7 storey building.
This is ridiculous. I pity families who have purchased house with this builder.
