We have received a reply from RTI on our Application filed regarding information on the CTS No. 708, 729 (pt), 732 & 732 / 1 to 5.

RTI has clearly stated that the layout for the scheme is not yet approved by SRA.

Now that it is clear that the scheme is not approved under SRA which means the land is under redevelopment.

We are having an area of around 500 sq.ft and have been staying here since last 43 years. We have paid our rent till last year. The builder is ready to give only 269 sq ft. area which we are not ready to accept.

Now, we have now received a letter from Dy. Collector who has asked to come and see him and give explanation why we are not vacating our place.

We need your help and guidance on this.
