Pal Infrastructure-Gurgaon
Booking amount not refunded

I had booked a plot with Pal Infrastructure in Neemrana (Rajasthan) with a promise from the builder then that they would be receiving license shortly and which never happend till I kept the booking with them for 3 years. After my request to cancel my registration with them 2 year ago, I was given a number of Post Dated cheques amounting to Rs 1.60 lacs which till date have not cleared totally. Those which have cleared have bounced atleast 15 times in toto.

I do not know how do these Builders roam scot-free with such defaults.
