I had booked a plot 101 B Block in Parsnath city Ujjain in Mar and promised the possession by Mar. I paid them my hard earned moneny over lakh. The shrewd manager Mr Manish Aggarwal at Ujjain been befooling me till date.
It is now leart that the colony s eagle and the court has issued notice to them to vaccate the premises.
What shall happen our amount paid.
May I request the builders to pay the amount @18% for the duration wef Mar. It is forgery with the consumers.
