Paying guest misbhave

Sir,

we have very severe problem of the paying guest living at our neighbour GI-1049 sarojini nagar, they continously misbehave and create noise during children exams time.. using loudspeaker, creating disturbance for us, we can't sleep restfully..please don't allow thses paying guest to live in our govt area..

kindly take a strict action towards this issue.
