We four of us have paid Rs. 33 lakhs towards purchase of residential plots in the layout "Pragathi Greens" developed by "PRAGATHI DEVELOPERS AND CONTRACTORS" promoted by Mr. Promod Gupta. Promod Gupta has taken the full money for the 5 sites measuring Rs.1500 sq.ft in July and till today he has not given the site nor the money.
Everytime, his assistant Dhayashankar will tell that approval is in process, development in progress, but the land itself is not approved for residential layout. Now, he says he will give alternate land, when I agreed and seen the EC of this land, I was shocked to see that this land is already sold to My Citi developers and Mr. Promod is trying to sell the same land to us.
He is not ready to give the money back. He is developing Villas and layout in Mangalore under the name of BRP developers. Blue heaven I have made police complaint, but he is cheating police as well.
Beware of this developer Pramod Gupta. He has taken money with lot of costumers & collecting lot money from new customers from Dubai & other countries & Police complaint & FIR is already there against him in Bangalore JP Nagar police station for cheating. Several cheque bounce cases are running in parallel against him. please Be care full
