Non Allocation Of Flat

Hi,

I have booked the Flat at Aliens Space Station 1 of Aliens Developers.

And Paid the advance and was willing to pay the remaining money as per the payment terms agreed. But inspite of my repative request to make the formal agreement or Agreement of Reservation for the Flat no 601.Agaisnst which i have paid the money. Builder is not willing to provide any agreement as he have sold that Flat no 601 to some one else at a higher price for which he has taken the advance money from me. Now he is not allocating me any flat and asking me to pay higher price then what was agreed and take the flat at a Higher floor by paying floor rise charges.

Please help me in getting the flat for which I have paid the money to the Builder.

I have the receipt as well which Builder has given to me for the advance i have paid to him and over there it is clearly mentioned the Flat not 601.
