They have not yet refunded money to those who have canceled the booking 7 months back, some have received the post dated cheques and some bounced.
But what is most shocking with alliance group is they have never competed any projects on time... 3 -4 years seem to be the norm. People must check on these guys from the existing customers from their other projects as well as the orchid sprigs.
The are good at painting the most rosy picture and but shockingly most unscrupulous.. BUYERS BEWARE!
INCORPORATE PENALTY CLAUSE ON THEM FOR THEIR DELAYS... (they charge you 30% penalty for delays) read their contract before you move forward
