Parking Slot - Sold 5 solts when 4 were only available

I had purchased a flat in Chennai nanganallur area and Alsyed Builder made an inclusive agreement to include car parking. At the time of booking he took additional money for car parking and said only 4 parking were available in the building, However he sold 5 solt in the same building. Out of 7 flats he sold car parking to 5 when only 4 cars can be Conveniently parked in that area.

Everybody paid him the entire money in good faith and later the co-owner understood his motive that he has sold 5 solts when only 4 can be techinally made available and he had said this same thing to everybody.

When we reached the builder with our greviance, he try to fit 5 cars solt marking but the last one could not take his car in or out without disturbing the other memebrs who had parked their vehicle.
