I had booked the Flat No. 908 B in Tower 1 of Panchsheel Wellington, Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad in July.
I started doing follow- up with panchsheel after completion of 36 months and since then they are giving excuse of 15- 20 days and 4 months passed like that. Finally in November, I came to know that Panchsheel sell the same flat to 2 Persons and since then I am following up with Panchsheel but all in vein. Every time he come up with new excuse and always ask for some more time but till now there is no progress.
Due to builder Mistake, builder is delaying the possession which leads to heavy financial loss to me. (Interest on loan, Home Rent and No tax rebate on Interest paid to Bank)
