i booked a plot in ansal herman city in kurkshetra in 2005 and got a agreement signed in 2009 with ansal..
I did intials installment payments and due to non availability of funds, i couldn't do the payments. Now I went to ansals to get my account setttled and do the remaing payments for the plot which was pending.
I went in 24 may for giving payments to ansal but they are now refusing to accept the payment and saying that your plot allotment had been cancelled. I'm ready to pay the payment for the plot with interest and i told them. Sonia who look into the account was taking the payment from me and she took printout of payments pending which were 1338280and intreset levied to it was 269000/-
I made the cheque for ansal for payment and Sonia was issuing the receipt of payment to me but then later his manager Navtej singh came and then he told me that your plot is cancelled.
They are saying that you take your payment back which is given by me... My mobile no. is 9810030816
I want the plot allocated to me as i'm ready to pay the payment pending and intrest which was levied to me.
Please let me what i can do now..
