Disturbing noise day and night

Sir,

We are resident of #35/1, Kamalalaya Homes, 6th main road (Appu rao road), Chamrajpet, Bangalore-560018.

This is a 3 bedroom apartment and my father Mr. Krishnamurthy is the owner of the aparment.

There are totally 8 houses in this complex and the apartment that is directly on top of ours is the promoter

of this complex by name late hanumanthachar. These people are creating all sort of noises right from wooden stick to iron rod hitting noises during day and night times.

In this regard, police complaint is given and inspite of their advice these people are not ready to correct themselves.

This always remains as a threat to live in this apartment as they are disturbing the calmness of our living during day and night.

So I request thwt a suitable action be taken at the earliest.
