Hi

I along with few others bought an apartment where it has builders/land owners contract for building an residential apartment. The initial plan for to build 5 floors during that time the land was under panchayat limits.

Later on the land has moved into BBMP limits and due to the financial crisis the builder didn't want to build one more floor. Also, the original plan was not changed and approved by BBMP.

The construction was over by 85% and already families shifted in (builder has given the possession certificate)

Now, the land owner, started constructing the 5 floor for rental purpose. Now, how we the residents of that apartment can stop this construction.
