No connection no refund

One man came and collect rs1500 and did not gave any reciept for amount which we gave the money .one man named nibu prasad call me over the phone .his ph no is 806996139and he tell me he will arrange the connections and do the necessery things, and i never got the connections properly.

i contact him, he never take the phone and give me any replay and i still did not get the connections, the technition named mr devadas is also not responding his no is 8086996153 .pl take action on this probelm as fast as you can do.my name is thilekan .my ph no is 0484 2801219
