Club Mahindra - gift not Received!

Hi,

I must say that the club Mahindra team has completely lost interest in servicing the customer once the sale is done, which in today's world a panwalla or a local chai walla would know it better.

This is my 3rd email to various people in club Mahindra and at least 5 phone calls with some half a dozen SMS's to the sales person regarding the gift I was promised during the sales of my package (1 BHK Red) and I am wondering that in the first 4 months of my relationship with Club Mahindra There is nobody to respond to, don't know what will happen in next 25 years of the membership.

After writing to [email protected], I have written to Ms Kainaz Pardiwalla on her facebook wall, I have written to Ms Indira, as I found her email and a request to some customer to write to her first incase of grievance and I did that, still it's been more than 4 days havent got any response, am trying my luck again with feedback and will also parallely post on every possible public forum, don't mind loosing the gift but this should reach out to the seniors in the club Mahindra so that know the gaps in processes in the system.
