I had taken mahindra holidays from their TheHUb, Goregaon-East, Mumbai branch. my membership no. is 1658189. At that time along with many other things Ms. Shweta told that their is an offer of Digi camera if you take the membership now and if you dont want the camera you will get Rs. 18400/- as cash back. i have already paid 4 out of 24 emI. In march i was send te camera which i din't take as i had asked for cash back. after sending them mails stating the same thing last week i got a cheque of Rs. 4000/-. when i called Ms. Shweta regarding the same she asked me keep the cheque and told that she will get back. but since the time i have taken the membership they either dont take my calls or tell that they will get back but they never. i spoke to their Andheri-east person also who again said she will get back. would like to know what can be done for this cheating?
