No installation after online payment

I had mage payment of Rs.1040 on line on 27.07.2011 by using internet banking. The transaction was successful and CC Avenue confirmed the receipt of maney. But Dish Tv not confirmed the receipt of money from CC Avenue. I have been continously complaining the Customer care dish tv and sent copy of confirmation of order as sent to me by cc avenue. I also sent a copy of my bank account confirming the payment but they did not help on or other ground. I also lodged complaint to cc avenue but they even did not reply.
