Distv recharge 28 hrs and chhanels are not in working

Dear sir,

i recharge distv vc no 01508035250-1 in rs 750 date 11-09 at 2.30 pm through costumer care, but after 28 hrs. any chhanel not found in setup box. i complaints in custumer care no 01202550000 every 2 hrs, but not in action. every time speaking 2 hrs start a tv than your chhanel start but after 28 hrs no any chhanel running.

i requested please needful action in our complaner.
