Airtel DTH

Hi,

I am the Airtel Customer, since 6months

Based on this assumption i have Purchased Air tel DTH I think the quality of the Service is Good but i am not happy with the Customer Service provided by your service center/ customer care very bad response.

I was told my problem of installation, many time since 30 dec by one of your executive and also your service center but we have got no better response

In fact I wanted to go for Tata sky but because of your market credibility unfortunately I have purchased Airtel DTH but by seeing the response for me, I suggest my friends and relatives to not purchase Airtel DTH.

THANKS A LOT FOR THE KIND OF RESPONSE AND THE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM AIRTEL DTH.
